This is a new install of 7.6.4 GAD. It is connected to 8.1 framework.
Call gets connected to agent. All functionality works, but after the call is disconnected/transferred the agent gets logged out. T-Server logs show log-out records. The agent needs to close their browser and then re-open to login. Obviously this is not desired behavior. Any ideas on settings to check either in GAD or Framework.
Thoughts really appreciated.
