Hi, I have created a new access group and gave permissions for some applications as read only (no execute, no create , no change) and assigned a user to this access group.
The issue is the user is able to start and stop the applications from Genesys Administrator while he can’t from GAX. Any Idea how to fix this?
What error you get? Or message?

Hi cavagnaro, There is no error message. The user is supposed to not have permissions to start/stop the application but he still can do it from Genesys Administrator.
