We have SAP CRM 7.0 and SAP IC Web .It needs to be integrated with Genesys through G plus adpater . We are trying to use Cisco CSS to load balance the traffic between the G Plus instances with round robin and sticky session enabled. Has any one done this before ? Need help on this .
