Anyone deployed Genesys G-plus for MS CRM before?

Need some advise on the G-plus for MSCRM,

  1. Does the G-plus adapter support both MS CRM 4.0 32-bit and 64-bit?

  2. Read from the deployment guide that Gplus Adapter must be installed on the same server as MS CRM application server – may I know if MS CRM application server is installed on multiple servers (for load balancing), how about the Gplus Adapter (do we need to install G-plus on multiple servers as well) ?
