I’m Getting the following error when I try to launch de integration:
“communication driver gencomm7 is implemented with the wrong API version”
We are using Siebel 7.5.2 and Genesys 6.5, with G+ Adapter for Siebel 7 Version 6.5.00100.
Can anyone got this error and solved it before??
