Are they any migration tools, documents or recommendations to “convert” an exsting customer configured in Enterprise (Single Tenant) to Multi-Tenant infrastructure for CIM and GVP? Assuming customer is on release 7.x

No, not that I’m aware of.
It is always best to always install a Multi-tenant configuration server from the start, and only create one tenant. That way you always can add extra tenants later.
But there are no official migration tools. Maybe Genesys PS can help you?
