Hi all!
I have successfully used the FCR components to record call the interactions, but I can not set a mask for the file name.
Ex. callrec.007701C8-1000F350.190313190524.wav
I already discovered the option in the MCP that allows to change the folder (“https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/Options/Current/GVP/GVP_MCP-calllog”), but I did not find something related to the name.
How change default name file?
