Hi,

Error message is kind of self-explaining ;). Your Contact Server is overloaded so new requests coming from Interaction Server are rejected. Reject timeout is configurable - see option “third-party-max-queueing-time”.

I would recommend you to check Contact Server database and database server itself as it seems it doesn’t work as it should…
