Hi, when using analog phone, and i pick up the tube, i receive an event EventOffHook but the extension status still is ExtensionTeleStatus.tseRegistered until i dial
There is any property in the Activex interface for know if im on-hook or off-hook ?

There are a lot of limitations on analog phone sets…i don’t think that is possible
ok, is not a big problem, just i enable agent ready/not ready button when the extension is ExtensionTeleStatus.tseRegistered, otherwise will fail, but with the analog phone off-hook also fails, just i dont have how to get the status.
Of course i can have my own hook status and switching by the events…
