Events when T-server re-instat connectivity with Avaya AES

Hi,

We have a customer in which we are implementing Genesys with Avaya via TSAPI in full HA environment.

Can we understand in the event T-server looses connectivity with the Avaya AES briefly…

  1. whenever CTI link re-instated, will TServer actually query the status of all the DN from Avaya again?

  2. Can we tell from the logs if TServer make the query & have Avaya return the DN status to TServer?

  3. What may be the specific events request from T-server to AES when the connectivity re-instate?
