We are hitting the reserved concurrency limit on our Lambda consumer for Genesys interaction events during peak hours. The EventBridge rule sends a burst of JSON payloads, and the Lambda function times out before processing the adherence data. Is there a way to configure the batch size or retry logic in the Genesys Cloud EventBridge target settings to throttle the delivery rate?
