The Genesys Cloud EventBridge integration sends a burst of interaction events that immediately saturates our Lambda concurrency limit, resulting in dropped records. We have the standard Node.js handler configured, but the provisioned concurrency isn’t scaling fast enough to keep up with the inbound traffic spike. Is there a specific configuration in the Genesys Cloud webhook settings or the Lambda timeout settings that can throttle the send rate to prevent this?
