Event Error - 'CISCO JTAPI EXCEPTION(UNSPECIFIED)

Hi,

i am getting “Address Out of service” error when i dial tha call from application. At the same time when i dial that DN from my lan line, i dont see any incoming events LOGGING in the T-server and JTAPI logs. I have that number (DN) in CME. Here below are the logs sample,

This T-server for Cisco Call Manager. Cisco reassociated the device and didnt help.

I am unable to attach the T-server logs.

Hi,

Check that the number (DN) was assigned to JTAPI user that is used by TServer on Call Manager side.

Checked and the DN is associated to the JTAPI user.

Hi,

In that case something is wrong with the device itself. Are you able to make the call from the physical phone?
