EU-West BYOC Architect Flow Latency Impact on Dashboard Metrics

Does anyone know why high-latency external API calls within our Architect flows are causing the Performance Dashboard to report zero active interactions during peak hours in our EU-West BYOC environment? We have configured a specific data action that takes up to 5 seconds to resolve, yet the dashboard shows no activity despite agents handling calls. The flow logs confirm successful execution, but the real-time metrics appear completely desynchronized from the actual queue activity.
