Emails in workbins needs to be updated as mark done

Hi,

We have more than 8000 email interactions in Draft workbin and we would like to update all those interactions manually from GENMCR database with comments as " Mark Done by system"

Is there any solution for this ?

Where should be set the comment?
Here’s what I did before :
In your Business Process, send the workbin to an interactionQ and then to a strategy. In that strategy, update the ixn with KVP Business Result to “Mark done by system”, and then terminate the ixn.
