Context:
JMeter sends 40 concurrent SIP INVITE requests to Genesys Cloud US1 Edge via Private Connect. The flow uses standard Architect routing. Response is 502 Bad Gateway after 5 seconds. JMeter version 5.6.2. Load pattern is steady state.
Question:
Could someone explain if Edge has a hard limit on concurrent SIP sessions for BYOC trunks? The error appears only when threads exceed 20. Need to validate capacity planning limits.
