Can anyone clarify why POST /api/v2/edge/groups fails with a 500 Internal Server Error? We are migrating from Zendesk to Genesys Cloud and trying to replicate location-based routing. The payload matches the schema for EU-West, but the Edge service rejects it. We have validated the JSON structure. Is this a known issue with legacy Zendesk location data?
