Looking for advice on configuring Genesys Cloud Edge (BYOC) webhooks to communicate with a ServiceNow instance. The edge node is in London, but the ServiceNow REST API endpoint seems to be timing out after 30 seconds during high-load simulations. The payload includes digital channel metadata. Is there a specific timeout configuration for edge-to-external webhooks, or should I be using a queueing mechanism instead? Thanks for any insights.
