No idea why this is happening, the Genesys Cloud Edge (BYOC) webhook to ServiceNow Data Action is timing out after 30 seconds. The payload is under 10KB, yet the Architect flow logs show a 504 Gateway Timeout instead of a 200 OK.
This is happening in the Europe/London region with the latest Architect runtime. Direct cURL tests to the ServiceNow REST endpoint succeed in under 200ms, so the issue seems isolated to the Edge platform’s outbound handling.
