Need some help troubleshooting our Edge BYOC deployment in the Chicago environment. We are running Genesys Cloud v24.5.0. After the weekly WFM schedule publish, the Edge health check returns a 502 Bad Gateway error intermittently.
The issue seems tied to agent availability states shifting during the publish window. Shift swaps approved via self-service appear to trigger unexpected reloads on the Edge node, causing brief connectivity drops.
Has anyone seen this behavior with Edge BYOC? We need to ensure stable routing during these high-volume schedule updates without manual intervention.
