Can’t get this config to load properly when trying to sync Zendesk tickets through our Genesys Cloud BYOC Edge. The integration keeps throwing a 500 Internal Server Error on the /api/v2/integrations/zendesk/sync endpoint. We are using the standard Zendesk connector with Private Link enabled. The logs show a timeout connecting to the Zendesk API from the Edge node. How do we configure the Edge proxy to handle Zendesk OAuth token refresh correctly?
