Documentation on Genesys Rule System

Hello,

We are planning to use GRS in our contact center application.

We are still learning how to create it in Composer and publish it to GRAT server.

We cannot find any good documentation that teaches how to create a rule template project from skratch in Composer. Does anyone know where to find such documentation?

I have another question…

We are planning to use GRS extensively. For example, on average, for each phone call, we will invoke GRE’s REST request about 20 times.

Is it going to be an issue with GRE if we want to support 1000 concurrent calls?

Sorry I just noticed this forum so this response is very LATE… but others may have the same question.

There are some good overview videos available that show you how to take a use case, create a template, create rules, deploy and then consume them from Composer.
