There is not much here to go on!

I would look at the basic things, is the DN valid on the switch? is the switch specific value in CME correct?

Yes.I checked with switch team and its a valid number at switch. It is configured as ACD queue and switch specific type as 2 in CME.But switch team mentioned that they were noticed the status of 5550776 as not monitored by genesys.
