Is it possible to create filters based on a DN Group?
We have a number of ACD queues as part of 1 DN Group, and want to apply this as filter to the number of Abandoned calls.
Individually I can see these ACD queues within the t-server log files, examples being for 2 different calls:
AttributeThisQueue ‘6127’ (6127 being the ACD queue within CME)
AttributeOtherQueue ‘6102’ (6102 being the ACD queue within CME)
