Hi Guys, this is the first Newsgroup that I’ve seen for Genesys products. Pretty cool. Do you know of any others? Its would seem that Genesys is pretty badly supported outside the company, compared to Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya, etc…

Can your tell me the adress for other forum groups? (cisco, ..)

If you just use your local ISP newsgroup server and search for cisco or lucent, you will find plenty. Not so with Genesys though
