Disable a DN in GAD

Does anyone know of a way to disable\enable an agents DN in Genesys Supervisor desktop? You can do an agent but I haven’t been able to find a way to do it for a DN without going into Configuration Manager.

I’ve searched the help forums and technical docs and haven’t found anything so hoping someone else may have come across this before?

GAD is an agent/supervisor interface, not an administrative interface. Or you do it via CME or via WebAdministrator
