Detailed Agent display in CCPulse

Hello,

  • We want the agents in our call center to display entire agent information (Name + Place, extension+status). Is there any option we need to set for this?
  • In CCPulse, agents are displayed as firstname,lastname instead of Lastname, firstname - What configuration changes needs to be made? - Is this done on the Windows registry of the agent machine itself?

You are right Cavagnaro. I checked the CCPUlse+ documentation and got the answers to both the questions.
For benefit of otheres,

  • You can vie the agent skills, login ID in Extended CUrrent Status window of CCPulse+ (These options needs to be enabled in CCPUlse+ options)
  • The agent Display can be changed in Windows registry.
