Deepen GPlus adapter knowlege: Variables propagation

Hi all again.
As any of you already understood, I’m getting in touch with an already existing system I’m tring to understand as better as I can. Now it’s the turn of the GPlus adapter. In my configuration:

H.323, Gplus_Comm_Server_for_SiebelCRM (7.2), TServer (7.5), urs_messageserver (7.1), URS 7.5

The adapter it’s actually used to propagate some variables from IRD applications to Siebel CRM using AttachData: Caller, TimeOut value for time based frontend services to show a timer with residual time on CRM GUI, etc. I want to locate where this variables are to be set. i.e. if I want to propagate a new variable must configure something in GVP side or must Siebel CRM developers configure something by their side, to receive the new variable ? I gave a look to involved applications in CME, but I didn’t found no clue to answer this question.

Hi Gef,

Gplus adapter receives all User Data attached to the call (out-of-box functionality) and configuration what parameters will be used/shown is done on Siebel CRM side.
