The Architect flow drops the payload when we’re pushing over 500 conversation IDs to the external router. It’s throwing a 502 Bad Gateway right at the 12-second mark. We’ve switched to async mode but the callback queue’s completely dead. Console shows the script execution limit hit at 8000ms. Widget version 4.2.1, Genesys Cloud v2024.3. Feels like the timeout’s hardcoded in the runtime anyway. Just seeing a blank response body on every retry.
