The outbound data action webhook to the compliance check is timing out at /api/v2/outbound/dataactions/{id}/execute, throwing a 408 REQUEST_TIMEOUT and hard-locking the predictive multiplier at 0.85x. Running the 2024-12-18 US-East tenant build, the admin UI pacing slider just greys out the second the timeout fires, wrecking the abandonment targets we’ve got queued. Architect flow logs show the contact status payload drops after 3.2 seconds, and the dialer just sits there doing jack all.
