I can’t seem to figure out why the custom Data Action for trunk credential rotation is failing with a 504 Gateway Timeout. The endpoint /api/v2/integrations/data-actions is timing out after 30 seconds despite successful local validation.
Background
Managing 15 BYOC trunks in AP-Southeast-1. The Data Action updates SIP credentials via API.
Issue
Timeout occurs during bulk updates. Single trunk updates succeed.
Troubleshooting
Verified network connectivity. Checked carrier failover logic. No errors in Genesys Cloud logs.
