The Enrich Interaction data action in Architect returns HTTP 502 Bad Gateway when calling our internal endpoint for BYOC trunk metadata. This occurs specifically for Singapore edge interactions. The flow uses the Integration ID from the Connect to API action. Logs show the request reaches our server, but Genesys Cloud never receives the response. Is there a timeout mismatch or CORS issue with the application/json payload? We are using SDK v2.1.4.
