Anyone know why the Genesys Data Action returns a 400 Bad Request when triggered by the WFM schedule publication webhook?
The integration is failing specifically for the America/Chicago timezone batch.
- Endpoint: POST /api/v2/integrations/dataactions
- Payload: Contains standard shift swap validation data
- Error: “Invalid field mapping for agent availability”
The schedule publishes fine in the UI, but the downstream data sync breaks immediately after.
