Error: 400 Bad Request - Invalid data action type.

Pushing HCL for a custom data action fails. Payload matches OpenAPI spec.

  1. Define genesyscloud_data_action resource.
  2. Set type to http.
  3. Run terraform apply.

Provider version: 1.28.0. The request targets the integrations actions endpoint. JSON is valid. Any known schema constraints?
