Data Action 500 Error on Schedule Publish via API

Encountering a 500 Internal Server Error when triggering the ‘Publish Schedule’ Data Action from Architect. The flow succeeds for individual shifts but fails on bulk updates for the Chicago timezone.

  1. Retrieve agent availability via WFM API.
  2. Loop through agents to assign shifts using the Data Action.
  3. Trigger publish endpoint.

Error log shows Internal error occurred while processing the schedule update. Has anyone seen this conflict with the new adherence rules?
