Need some help troubleshooting why the Data Action API is throwing 429 Too Many Requests errors when JMeter 5.6.2 hits just 5 concurrent threads. This is happening on a Genesys Cloud BYOC Edge 24.1.0 environment in Asia/Singapore.
- Verified API keys have correct permissions and no custom rate limits applied
- Reduced ramp-up time to 0 seconds to isolate thread count as the variable
