Can’t quite understand why the Data Action API returns 429 Too Many Requests when simulating concurrent calls. Environment is Genesys Cloud US1. Tool is JMeter 5.6. Endpoint is /api/v2/integrations/dataactions. Config uses 100 concurrent threads. Error happens after 50 requests. Rate limit header shows remaining 0. Is this expected behavior for this tier? Need to validate capacity for our load pattern.
