We’re hitting 400s on a data action trying to PATCH a conversation - specifically updating the wrapUpCode. It’s failing in prod, took like 2 hrs to notice.
The flow’s super simple - receives an event, grabs the conversation ID, then hits the data action. No fancy logic.
The data action’s hitting /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId} with a PATCH request. Payload looks like this:

SDK version is cxone-sdk@2.1.1. We’ve verified the conversationId is valid. Provider verification’s passing locally, but failing in the pipeline.
The error message from CXone is just “Bad Request” - no details. Logs aren’t showing much either.
Something’s off. Feels like an API mismatch somewhere, but can’t nail it down.
