Custom States in CCPulse

Hi Team,
Where to begin from if I were to learn how to build scripts for CCPulse for some customized states let’s say a mixed agent using Voice and Email I want to see their state as Ready and Not Ready for each media in a single window.

Basically want to learn customizing scripts in CCPulse.

You can use the CurrentState stats with used filter based on mediaType

Can you elaborate a bit about the procedure to do that. I have never worked in detail with CCPulse or a guide that will help me do that if you can point me to that?
