Hello, All

I’ve installed outbound solution, all works fine excluding the one thing - Call Progress Detection Server. I have almost sip configuration and Dialogic HMP software. I arranged iptB1 folder in special DNs location, i see the successfully channels initialization in cpd log, but OCS dials number via tserver sip and didn’t sends any data to CPD.
How to configure OCS/TServer to force them to use CPD? Can’t find any useful about this in deployment guide, please help ???

Hi Smile,

Make sure you add the CPD Server to the connections list for the Campaign Group in CME.
Also make sure OCS option tscall=false.

Correct, that would force OCS to use CPD/HMP.

tscall option is not used with HMP, you can check that in the Outbound Deployment guide.

Thank you, Seb and Fra - this really helps! Now, CPD server receives calls.

But, there is another trouble again - CPD rejects calls.

I have configured the ‘sip-proxy’ in ‘hmp’ section, ‘line-type’ to ‘sip-hmp’ and ‘location’ with call processing port. Do i need to write some parameters to dialogic hmp software config?

Sorry I haven’t got back to you - don’t know why!
There is a configuration file, but my hunch is that somehow the HMP was not correctly initialised. Could you please please restart the HMP and the CPD and check the logs? Or maybe you already fixed it in the meantime.. :-X

Thank you for reply, but i already solve this issue. the trouble was in the absence of voice channels, since i’ve configured only data channels. It’s not clear from manual…

usually, you create the ‘iptB1’ folder in ‘outbound/regular’ (e.g.) and the subfolders from iptB1T1 to iptB1T8 (e.g.) under it - this is a data channels only
but! also you need to create the voice channels: outbound/regular/dxxxB1 and subfolders dxxxB1C1 - dxxxB1C4
it seems that it’s not necessary to create DNs in it, but this folders must be.
