Cost based routing solution in CME

Hi,

I need clarification on “Cost Based routing solution” in CME. If it is, what are the obejcts need to be configured. Can I have more insight into this?

Hi,

I would suggest you to read 4th chapter “Cost-Based Routing” of the manual “Genesys Universal Routing 7.5 Routing Solution Guide”. You will find there description of the functionality, how it works and configuration steps.

The guide can be downloaded from Genesys Technical Support website.
