Controlling internal T1 lines with TServer

Hi,

Can anyone help me in how to configure TServer to control internal T1 lines. I have a Siemens Hicom 300E switch and I am using Callbridge as the CSTA link. I don’t know if this is making any sense, but could the problem be with the switch config and not Genesys TServer config? Please let me know if you have any thoughts?

I didn’t know that TServer could control T1 line…

TServer communicates with a switch via api ( tcp or x.25 ) Is the

switch data link on the network?
