Connectivity information about Genesys and CUCM

Hello All,

We have Avaya_Tservers and Avaya Switch in our environment. But now we are planning to have install CUCM T-Server in our environement.

Request you to please provide an basic idea about below question how CUCM and CUCM Genesys-Tserver works.

  1. Is there any Services (Like AES in case of avaya) or Bridge is needed to communicate with Genesys Cisco T-server and CUCM? I am sure there should be, But please share the name, So that i can start exploring more in that direction.

  2. HOw can we pass the call control from CUCm to Genesys to take routing decision. like we use Adjunt Link. Please share the same.

  3. If there is some Samples/rough notes which can help me understanding more how these two CUCM & Genesys CTI can be integrated. Please share.
