Configuration of Dialogic D/300PCI E1

Hi.

Can anybody help me with configuration of Dialogic board D/300PCI E1? It is connected to Lineside E1 board of Nortel Meridian1 R25.15. I would like to use it with CDP server for predictive Outbound dialling but link DialogicMeridian is not working. I use Genesys R6.5.1 and Dialogic system release 5.1.1.

I used it on G6.1 with G3r. You may use prtocol T1 lineside since there is no E1 choice and add 25~30 channel by yourself. Don’t forget to assign each channel a tel no.

Can you give me more information about configuration of Dialogic D300PCIE1 board in DCM? I will use CPDServer 6.5.1.

Did you modify parameters in the configuration (PCM Encoding, parameter file…)?
