Config server backup is not working in HA

Hi guys,

I have been setting Configuration Server Backup 8.5 for my lab, then to test HA, I stop Config Server Primary, but after I stop it, I can’t login to GA by IP address of Config Server Backup, from my opinions while viewing log, I see that it is failed to switch over from Config Server Backup to Config Server Primary.

Is there anyone who can help me give me a few ideas to fix this?

What say primary and backup confserv logs arround the issue timestamp? What is your HA configuration for CFG layer? Is the embedded DBClient used or not?

Is there any the problem do with my configuration of Primary & Backup?

I cannot see confserv configuration part within your confserv.cfg for backup instance - try to amend the config file and start it again. To ensure all is working just try to start the backup instance with primary role - you will see if it is working or not.
