Composer block for OCS?

Hi Guys,

I’m using GVP composer and currently designing an application. What I want to do is: I want to get data from the Outbound Contact Server. In calling list specified a certain field for each record, which block in the Composer should I use to get it? In Genesys Studio was a block OCS date, is there counterpart in the Composer?

I am sorry, not OCS date but OCS data.

Hi Kirill,

There is no special block for handling OCS data in Composer. However, you can retrieve any UserData attached to the interactin using Interaction Data block.
