Community Guidelines & Posting Standards

To keep this community useful and professional, please adhere to the following standards:

  1. Format your code: When posting API requests, Architect expressions, or Studio snippets, always use Markdown code blocks.

  2. Use Tags: Tag your posts with relevant keywords (e.g., api, routing, wfm).
  3. Be Descriptive: “API is broken” is not helpful. “POST to /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query returns 400 Bad Request” is much better.
  4. Professional Tone: Treat everyone with respect. We are all colleagues here.
