Cisco UCM Version8

Hello All

Has anyone out there been ‘lucky’ enough to get to play with Genesys and Cisco UCM version 8?

We are shortly upgrading UCM from version 6 (with 7.6 T-Server), to version 8 and I was wondering whether there were any major issues to look out for.

I understand that we will need to upgrade the T-Server to minimum 8.0.1 version, but as this is Genesys, I can’t believe it is as easy as that!

Anyone able to shed some light, or share some experience?

well, we play with CUCM version 7 and T-Server version 8. also we have a plan to upgrade CUCM to 8, but don’t know when it will exactly occurs.
