Can anybody told samething about Genesys course - that learning track i mast choice to take a right and complete knowledge for my job specific.
My company noa end-user a Genesys solution. I’m work in a system integrator and in a last months - Genesys SIP servers, urs, ird, sm etc - it’s my day-to day quest.
P.S.Oh…with such level a tech-support what i have now and with such access restriction to complete tech.manual …it’s realy a PC-quest =)
