I need to configure Chat transcript. Any one can help with Steps??

? What do you mean?
If you have Chat server already running then you have it.
To send the transcript just look at strategy samples that come with the Business Samples.

i have chat . but not having transcript to email . my question is

do we need e-mail server /any additional licence to configure it ?
any one can share IRD strategy to compare ?

Yes you need email server
No license
As.said, download the strategy samples from Genesys, it is all there

to configure email server i do not have application template
